Joining The Newman Community
Welcome!
You don't have to be Catholic (or angry) to become a registered member of the Newman Community. The Newman Catholic Center is not only open to all students, faculty and staff of the University of Massachusetts and the Five Colleges, but to anyone who happens to feel that the Newman Center is the best fit for them. We welcome all people from the extended community.
If you're a student, you may REGISTER ON-LINE
using our safe and secure on-line form, or come to the Center and fill out an 'old fashioned' registration card. |  | Why Should I Register at Newman?
When you register with Newman you will be kept up to date on the latest happenings at the center. You also become eligible for fellowships, employment opportunities, leadership positions and awards.
Remember: students need to fill out a registration form each semester (you folks move around so much, it's the only way we can keep track of ya).
If you're a faculty or staff member or a member of the community outside of UMass you can register with the 'old fashioned' registration card (but we are working on getting an on-line version up and running... someday). In the meantime, if you want to register without filling out a card, please email Michelle Fredette, the Newman Center Administrative Assistant. She can let you know which information you need to provide. The good part is, you don't have to do it each semester. You only need to register once.

Even if you're an old Newmanite, take a few minutes to look over the web site. We've spent a lot of time this summer trying to get it updated with all the programs at Newman. You might even discover something you didn't know we had.
